I am a division one college football player. I am currently six one and weigh 305lbs. My stats are: Bench 450 Squat around 600 and I incline press 370 on my last set. I am currently halfway through my cycle of 32 amps of winny depot and 16 amps of primo depot. I have just started taking spiropent and I have almost finished my first week. I am already up to 7 tabs a day and still I have not felt any difference in body temp or any other effects. I have been taking the seven tabs 4 in morn and 3 in afternoon. How should I be taking the tabs for more effectiveness. Any other suggestions would be quite helpful. I am also on a high protein moderate carb diet as well as a conditioning program provided by my football trainer.
