Believe it or not. Bro's find the hair repulsive but, chicks say "It's sexy" So, the hair is staying.

Before I cut up and I was 230 I had a 19.5" cold measure.
Im now 210 so I believe that my arm must be 19". You see whenever I cut up I never measure only when Im bulking because size is what matters. When I cut up size takes a back seat to "Looks"

WOW I havent been here in a long time Im glad to see that this thread has not died.
