Hey guys im currently on day 3 of a keto diet. Carbs below 20 gs last 3 days and now Im in. I plan on taking in normal carb amounts every 7th day. I read that it tricks your body into being more effective at burning calories. Im also getting around 180 gs of protein a day to keep muscle level. Just wondering what range is about normal to stay in ketosis. I read around 50 grms is usually okay on the carbs. plan on getting keto sticks soon. Let me know what you guys with experience usually do. Later bros and broettes. By the way down 7 pounds already.
