I am about to do my first cycle. I am 200 5"8 10% bf
one thing I am debating is the workouts. Ive heard some people say they lift only 2 to 3 times per week while on a cycle. while others lift 5 days aweek. I currenttly hit each bodypart twice a week. three on, off two, on two, off one repeat. should i stick with this. or train each body part once a week. i am having trouble with this. someone help i want mass.
