Took these just a few weeks ago. I wish I had taken them a few months ago while I was eating cleaner and not giving in so much to my sweet tooth. Since I have been home this summer I have watched what I have been eating. I have added a little fat back to my waist line and legs. Damn if I could just add it to my chest I would be fine. Last time I had my bf taken I was 15% but I know it is up now.
