I'm training 5-6 days a wk, often twice a day, hitting each bodypart about every third day. Im doing about 25 sets per bodypart.
THink this is enough?
I don't get sore (thank you test & dbol). I like to think I train with good intensity and I make sure I dont rest more than 45-60sec between sets (except perhaps on leg day when it's either rest, pass-out, or puke, so I choose rest).
I basically conclude my workout after 1.5-2hours, or I get hungry, or, to be honest, I start to get bored and generally feel I've done enough for that day.
This is only my 2nd run so Im still trying to feel things out.
Any input from the resident studs?
