just got back from physical therapist i used to train with he says i have brusitis in my hip. the pain runs from my hip down towards my knee when i squat heavy what can i take to heal and reduce inflamation????
took it light last week let it rest
felt good so i went up a little on squats

not close to my usual but a good test will keep easing up each week
