It sucks having to worry about that, but i'm wondering, if you had to choose, would you get the shot, Depo-Provera by Pharmacia and Upjohn or would you get the oral method....
the failure rate of the shot is 0.3% whereas the failure rate of the pill is 3%.....
so it seems that the pills is much more effect, and the PDR lists less side effects.
also, besides which one, can a University DR, as in the on-campus DR at a university prescribe these? They would need to be prescribed confidentially, as her parents or anyone could find out. It would pretty much disqualify her from the pageants she is in and such.
