Man O2, every time I see that pic I touch myself and....I mean....I'm amazed. Seriously, that's impressive. You're gonna have to give me dieting tips if I ever cut up again, lol. Great legs, abs, chest, everything. Makes me want to put down the pizza and chaw on a raw chicken breast. Can't wait to see your new pics bro! Good work!

My only suggestion would be to work the traps,biceps look nice but could use more mass, forearms need some more mass and the should also.


Otherwise your symetry is pretty good, bulking up those areas will take you to a new level, btw your legs look great, nice quads ;)

Agree with Jackedup...you look awesome as a whole but I think you need more upper body size. Not because its small...but only because your legs are so big...great work..and yeah you are lean as hell..must be nice..lol..........456
