I have a friend who wants to juice, he knows that I juice, so he is bothering me to hook him up.
Anyway, here is the unusual part, this guy used to be very fat, he lost a lot of weight by going on a no fat diet. Well now that he has lost his weight, he is still not eating any fat (I mean ZERO fat most days, all he will buy is fat free products rice, beans, fat free lunch meat, fat free hotdogs, etc., on some days he may eat as much as 3 grams of fat a day, some boneless, skinless chicken breast) so I know his diet is not in balance.
My concern is he wants to juice, and I know if I don't get him hooked up with some stuff, somebody else will, and I don't want him to end up taking some stuff and hurting himself. With the way he eats what would be the sides be? On juice or not.
I have given up on convencing him he doesn't have to eat like that to stay thin, but he won't listen, it is almost like he has an eating disorder.
How would you guys handle him?
