WAS ADDING 15 -30 LBS EACH DEADLIFT SESSION,30LBS ONE WEEK JUMP! SQUATIN A 7 REP WEIGHT FOR 11 NEXT WEEK THEN ADDING 20LBS NEXT WEEK AND GETTIN 12! ETC AND FOR MY DEVELOPEMENT THATS A SHITLOAD!!! AND NOT MUCH GEAR!!! ITS ALL FOOD NEWBIES! LEARN! GEAR MAKES PROTEIN SYNTHESIS AND THE ASSIMILATION OF CALORIES EASY!
