You guys may already have this but thought I would post it.

1 Cup peanut butter (Natural or low fat)
8 Table spoons of honey
1-1&1/2 cups of uncooked oats
1-1&1/2 cups of protein powder

Mix the pb & honey togather and microwave until warm

Mix the oats and protein powder

Then mix the pb & honey with the oats & protein powder and smooth in a pan, let cool, then cut into squares and eat.

Lot cheaper than buying bars.

Hey Bro,

Assuming that you want 40 gms of protein per serving, you would divide that batch up 6 ways: Each bar would have

520 cals
40 gms protein
21 gms of fat
45 gms of carbs
21 gms of sugar....

A little high in the sugar and fat department for me..... but I bet they taste good :-)

I usually divide them up around 12 which is only about 20 grams of protein a bar.

I don't really worry about the fat, it has some monsaturated which is pretty good for you, and I burn a lot of fat anyway. I use them when bulking.

Yes, they are very tasty.

These bars sound great!

Ive got to try to make some this weekend w/the cream cheese.
I'm bulking up on my new cycle. I need all the calories I can.
I usually buy the Detour or Uturn bars at $20 a box. OUCH!!!

what type of protein powder are you guys useing? I don't understand how you are getting 20 grams of protein per serving when my protein powder is about 16- 20 g per serving. unless the first post is by serving I'm confused.
