4 skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup unsweetened plain yogurt
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons grated fresh lemon rind
1 tablespoon cornflour
1 teaspoon powdered turmeric
1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees f. (180 degrees c.)

1 Place the chicken breasts in an ovenproof dish.
2 Mix together the other ingredients and pour over the chicken breasts.
3 Turn to coat other side.
4 Bake at 350 degrees f. for about 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
