1 small onion, chopped
1 (6 ounce) can tuna, drained
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried, crushed hot pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 dash hot chili powder
garlic and herb powder (optional)


1. Spray a medium saucepan with nonstick cooking spray, and saute the onion.
2 (Use oil if you prefer).
3 Add the tuna and cook for 1 minute.
4 Add the salt, pepper, hot pepper, paprika and chili powder.
5 Cook for a few more minutes


Serve on whole wheat pita or over brown rice

ugh...don't think I could stand those two together. Canned tuna is bad enough...sheez, add onion to that and noone will get near ya' for days, LOL.
