View Full Version : Salmon in creamy lemon pepper sauce.

Place 2 Salmon Fillets on tin foil,
slice 3/4 through the fillets in two locations on each fillet.
Put Mayo in the slices
cover the fish in Lemon juice and black pepper.

Fold the foil over the fish and cook on 180 for 20 mins.

Sorry i dont know exact amounts as this was discovered experimentally!!

Tastes damn fine!
