due to certain circumstances i'd rather not talk about, i have to take a week off from the gym. it's my 7th week of a 12 week cycle, will this hinder my gains very much?
I havent been in the gym for about a month and some. I got sick and was in the hospital for 3 days and lost about 22 pounds. So I said fuck it and went off cycle. I was on about a year anyway so it was good. Gonna start another one next week. Now I have to go to a different gym or lift in the morning. I look little people are telling me.
