Hey guys I am new to this forum, been researching on here for awhile but just decided to join! Anyways, I'm doing my first show November 1st. I am 22 sitting at 5'7 199lbs at around 13% body fat. My goal is to compete in light heavies. As of right now I'll be at the bottom of my class as my lbm is roughly 172 and stage weight is 180, anyone have advice for growing into the show? I started prep 20 weeks out was 204 17%. I know I'm young for bodybuilding but my dream is to be pro, I have currently done 3 cycles and am on my 3rd. I get blood tests after each cycle and I'm in perfect health.
cycle history : 1st test 400mg weeks 1-14, winny 50mg weeks 1-4, 10-14
2nd test 600mg weeks 1-16, masteron prop 100eod wk 1-9, winny 40mg 8-16

clen 2 weeks on 2 off started 16 weeks out, t3 tapered from 12.5 up to 50 12 weeks out , currently using letro ed at .75 mg will taper up to 2.5 up to show . Prami use at .25 ed once tren is used
diet : cyclic keto
meal 1: 50g whey 2tbsp nat pb
meal 2: 2 cans tuna , 1tbsp mayo, 1 cup broccoli
meal 3: 8oz beef , 1 cup broccoli
meal 4: 50g whey
meal 5: 8oz chicken, 1/2 avacado
meal 6: 6 eggs
totals around 2300 cals 280 protein 100 fat 40carbs
on Fridays I drink 4 50g whey shakes throughout the day and carbup with protein cookie or cake recipe with low fat frozen yogurt till I'm full.... Usually macros on this day around250 protein 400g carbs and minimal fats.
My training is 5 day split arms/legs/delts/back/chest+calves. Abs eod and cardio 20mins ed
any advice on tweaking anything ! My goal is to grow into this show!!!!
