    I am considering injecting primo to help me lean down while perserving muscle mass. I am a triathlete and inspiring to compete in a local figure competition by next summer. I am 5 ft 4 and weigh 122lbs. I weight train 3 times a week using moderate weights and 4-5 sets. The majority of my training focuses on an hour cardio (an hour per day and also intervals (inc hills, plyo etc.. about 2-3 times per week). Now I am starting to weight train with a friend to achieve esthetical goals rather than sport specific.
    I want to gain about 5lbs of lean mass and lose about 3% bodyfat

    can anyone fill me in on the details of primo such as: how much to take a week, duration of a cycle, and the side effects or cautions i should consider while on it. I am also open to any other suggestions that anyone may have to help me out.

    Primobolan is an excellent choice b/c of its low adrogenic sideeffecst when it comes to women. Most people use it as a bridge b/c it is a relatively safe compound. Even a Primobolan/Winny stack would be an excellent toning stack for a woman. It would increase LBM while lowering BF% considerably. Still you want to up your cardio to two times a day, once in the a.m. and once in the afternoon to better help the results.

    YES MIMARVEL I will only suggest you be very carefull prcuring yyour primo i actually lab test mine and there are a lot more fake than legit out there now so good luck in your training.

    If all you want to do is put on 5lbs of lean body mass.....I would stick to cleaning up your diet and be consistent on your cardio.

    Preferably in something tight and/or revealing your curves.

    you could also use some anavar with you primo at about 20 mgs ed. anavar is also very mild and will help you put on lean muscle.

    You look great already. Not far from competing in figure by any means. Post your diet, that would be a great help.

    As far as a using gear, I say No! I'm not saying the guys are wrong in any way, I just have my reservations is all. A lot can be accomplished with the right diet especially when you aren't looking to get huge.

    As far as your competition, you have to know what the judges are looking for. I've seen girls take first that had 25% body fat or more and then other times tell girls they need more muscle.

    I took this directly from "Anabolics 2004". I figured it would be helpful if in case you decide to run with it.

    "Women respond well to a dosage of 50-100mg per week, although the oral preperation should usually be given preference. Additionally, some choose to include Winstrol Depot (50mg / week) or Oxandrolone (7.5 - 10mg / day) and receive a greatly enhanced anabolic effect. Remember though, adrogenic activity can be a concern and should be watched, particularly when more than one anabolic is used at a time. If stacking, it would be best to use a much lower starting dosage for each drug than if they were to be used alone. This is especially good advice if you are unfamiliar with the effect such a combination may have on you. A popular recommendation would also be to first experiment by stacking with oral primobolan, and later venture into the injectable if this is still necessary."

    As far as AAS, I won't say no, but it will depend on what you want and how you want to look. Missfit looks great, but me myself I like more of a muscular look like QOD or MissNikki...IMO I think AAS is a route to go once you have your diet and training on point. That is first, if you are not satisfied by then...use AAS with your training and diet to go to the next level. You look great, but...

    Could definitely tone the abs up and also tighten and tone the arms by what I see from the picture. You don't have that far to go at all...

    thanks guys

    i just find it hard to eat soo much protein each day...it makes me feel fat and heavy....oh yes missfit, what should i do for cardio?

    A girl's protein requirements are the same as a guys...
    Minimally 1gm protein/lb lbm.

    When you're 'on' you maybe should bump that to 1.5gm/lb...

    Protein makes me feel STRONG LIKE BULL.

    I like the things you say and you sound very informed. I'm very new at this stuff and I have a personal goal to see where I can go. I have good mass however a layer of fat I need to get rid of. I train hard and cardio is no issue but my diet is my week point. I'm cleaning it up now. I need to know your recommendation for first time user's. I really want to cut and a little more mass would be ok. I want as few virilizing effects as possible. I have already done my blood levels and I have an appointment today for the script.

    If you start your own thread you will get a lot more responses.

    IMO, if your diet leaves much to be desired, you are not ready to start with AAS. Get the diet in check first and see what happens naturally. GIve it a couple months at least to make your diet 2nd nature to you.

    I ran Primo last year as my 1st cycle and I have some unpleasant side-effects, probably b/c the dosage was too high: 1ml/100mg once a week during 10 weeks. Anyway, the gains in strength and lean mass were very good and I'm gonna run it again in the future. Just hesitating between Anavar and Primo ..........
