Favorite Pre Workout Meal?

I'm sure this isn't the first thread on the subject, but I wanted to share my favorite pre workout snack, thinkThin protein and fiber oatmeal. For pre workout snacks, it's tough to beat oatmeal packets since they're so easy and convenient and if you train evenings you can bring them to work with you. If you like oatmeal and haven't tried this brand, I definitely recommend giving it a go. The ingredients are all very legit and it tastes better than any instant oats in my opinion. I've tried both the madagascar vanilla and farmer's market berry crumble and I can't decide which I like better.

What's your favorite pre workout meal?

When workout in morning before work I take supplements drink about 50 grams of protein and drive to gym.
When I workout later in day I do oatmeal protein and supplements
OR I eat anything 45 minutes before still hit protein right before.
I always eat within 25 minutes after workout

I try not to eat any solid food for at least 2 hours before workouts. I do as many of my runs as possible on an empty stomach after several hours of digesting.

If I must eat something within 2-3 hours of a run (e.g. to fuel up for a long race like a marathon) I make it something easy to digest, usually with a fairly low glycemic index, like a banana or a couple slices of wheat bread or plain oatmeal.

First if I do cardio, I wait at least 40 min before eating, but I alternate between 1 cup Go Lean cereal and 2 scoops whey OR 4 whites, 2 whole eggs with 1 cup oats mixed with one scoop whey and coffee, then wait one hr and hit it
