What's up guys, brand new member here!
I'm a relative noob to the world of AAS, but looking to slowly broaden my horizons...
STATS: 47 year old male, 5'10" 198lbs. 14% bf, have been on doctor prescribed TRT dose of 125mg week of test C for five years
TRAINING: have been training for 22 years, train 6 days per week, 90 mins per day average, cardio 2-3 days per week
DIET: Currently on a recomp at 3400 cals per day, eat clean and track macros daily
CYCLE EXPERIENCE: two previous cycles, both test cyp only, first one twelve weeks, second cycle 16 weeks
12 week cycle RAD140
GOALS: will be stepping on stage this Fall for my first NPC men's physique contest ever, which is what brought me to this forum
