Clearly I'm new to this forum, and you could say new to steroids although I have been using them for two years.
I need a little advise please if you could advise.
I figure I best paint a picture of myself first, so I'm 39 yrs of age, 6'0" and weighing in at 93kg currently. I've had some very good gains from cycles in the past using a local gym for sound advise, but he has now left the gym and for personal reasons I'm no longer in contact with him.
previous cycles were Var 50mg only on and off for 10 weeks for little over a year (3 X 10 week cycles). I then moved onto Test 400 1mg ew only with great results, then Test 400 1mg with Deca 1mg ew, then Test 400 1mg with Tren 1mg ew, and then most recently Test 400 1mg, Mast 1mg, Tren 1mg ew.
i ended my last cycle at 88kg looking quite good, very pleased with the results, but unfortunately I hit a personal crisis and I let my diet slip. I'm now carry a bit of BF I'm not happy with that I want to shift. The crisis is under control (not my health by the way) but want to get back on track.
My question is I've increased my cardio and got my diet back on track, so how do I aid a quick BF burn? I was thinking Test and Mast only, but I'm probably a long way off the mark?
