swolen legs

guys I am having some problems with swelling from the calfs down to my feet. I though it was the SEO I was doing in the calfs so I have stopped that (for the time being lol) then I thought it was the treadmill because I am not use to doing this much cardio so I started rideing the bike 40min 6 days a week. but the swelling is still there. I am low carbs and not taking in much sodium. what could it be?
 
I am on prop fina and EQ and I have never held water with that. shit I dont even hold water when on 1g of test
 
Not to alarm you but I would definately see your Dr. if it does not subside within 24 hours. Are you haveing any swelling in your hands or wrists as well? Hypertension as well as congestive heart disease can cause this type of swelling in many people. Just to be on the safe side have your blood preasure taken and if it is ok then lay off cardio for 48 hours and drink lots of water.
 
hands are kool and I really think it was all the pounding on the treadmill that did it. I never did cardio up to this point and my weight was 270. it is going down slow but I guess as long as its going down and not up then its a good thing

my blood presser was Ok about 3 weeks ago
 
Get your blood pressure checked again, try elevating your feet at night time. Could be the sudden trama of stress and weight on the lower legs from cardio. Is the swelling constant or occasional? Also what is your age?
 
well the swelling starting when I started doing SEO in them. then it seem to go away after I stoped the SEO but then came back when I started walking on the treadmill on a incline,. I am 28

the swelling in my feet has gone away ever sence I started the bike but I am still swolen from the ankle to the lower part of my calf muscle, you can even see a sock ring after I take off my shoes
