How long to take Milk Thistle for a good liver cleanse?

I am going to order some Milk Thistle to cleanse my liver and am wondering how long is long enough to get a good cleansing. 1 month? Longer? Shorter? Bottle comes with 60 pills and says to take 3 per day. Not sure how many to order.

Its super cheap to buy milk thistle. I think we should take it year round.

How long though would you say it takes to clean your liver? I have a blood test coming up next month, and it will be interesting to see what my liver values are.
