Wal mart does have it but I tend to buy more reputable brands than their store brands. It may be just as good but I would be its not. You could try liv52 as well if you haven't already. I know synthatine has some type of liver protectant as well and Ive seen nothing but good stuff about it and all the active ingredients.

I get mine at Walgreens. Walmart doesn't seem to carry it where I live.

I get 'Natures Way' milk thistle from www.netrition.com. It's like $8 a bottle or so. Pretty cheap.

just bought some today at walmart, they add a value pack that was real cheap and their omega 3 had a value pack also.

Anywhere I usually buy NOW FOODS brand because of the high quality standards and low price. Standardized is best and stacking with NAC makes a really good liver staple. Hospitals use NAC to combat the liver from tylenol poisining and other liver probs.
