Need help with a Unit of measurement. Is "UL" mean "Microliter"??

I am trying to figure out how much "100 ul" is in term of volume/liquid volume?

I am pretty sure UL means Microliter but that doesnt help,lol

If someone could tell me how much (100 ul) is in terms of say i.u. or mcgs, or mls i would greatly appreciate it

yep ,i just checked on google, 'ul' is a microliter, a ul is .000001 of a liter. so 100ul would be 0.0001 of a liter or .1ml.
is ul a unit of measure for the myostatin inhibitor? if so, id hate to try and measure it on a slin pin! lol

100uL = 0.1mL = 0.1cc

I don't think it converts directly to mcg because uL and mL measure volume and mcg measures mass.

100ul wouldnt be so bad to measure, easy enough on a slin pin but if the actual dose you needed was like 5ul, that would suck.

I don't see how they would construct the compound such that the dose needed would be that low. It has to be administered somehow. If they make the dose so low that it can't be measured, even on a slin pin, then that's kind of pointless IMHO.

i agree, i was assuming that it might of been the myostatin inhibitor thats was measured in that volume, because i wouldnt think somthing like that would be dosed in mg's, but ud think if it was such a small amount of active content they'd have to dilute it accordingly for common applications.

got me curios now what exactly is it thats measured in ul's?

Antibodies are very small so it doesn't take much volume to use them. The 100uL that we're talking about will more than likely be suspended in a certain amount of solution. I've been looking around at other places, and the norm seems to be 1ml. I'm not sure how that would translate to a dosage since there really is no established dosage amount, but it would probably be just like using 1ml of MC's immense growth factor.

good measuring refresher for UL , as years ago, I too was confused by this shit, and far too many guys don't understand the difference between volume and mass, or think they're interchangeable
