Here is Zeus about a month ago, honestly he has grown alot in the past month. So you dont really see the true Zeus here. But you can see the potential he has to do really well this upcoming year...:show:
 
He definitely looks good, it'd be interesting to compare this to a recent one as I know you've both said he's made some great gains
 
This is a good video. I'm prob about 10lbs bigger now. Really have progressed alot since the battle of champions. When Chris seen me yesterday he asked "what's your weight, 220's"? I only weigh 212 since I got sick, but have really started filling out big time. I really believe MC's IGF is making a huge diff. I also believe the Y3T program has really started a good growth spurt. The best is yet to come!!!!!
 
Are you using your own training plan for the Y3T or did you find a layout and go from there? I mean I've been reading on it and I have the general idea of what it is, but I didn't know if you were just plugging in your own exercises

Dude, my hair is thicker now than it has ever been. Complete opposite of what happens to most people. I am half mexican though so maybe that has something to do with it...
 
Nice video Zeus! Cannot wait to see more vids of you! Don't you love it when people ask you to hold it hold it when you are posing. Funny how hard it is to hold a pose but once you get onstage it is so easy I guess due to adrenaline. Keep up the good work!!!

LOL!!!!! I really thought i was gonna pas the fck out when he said hold it I'm gonna zoom in. Seemed like it took him10 min to do it LOL!!!! When I was on stage at the battle of champions though, they had us on stage for 20min doing comparisons. The guy next to me litteraly almost went face 1st on the stage. We were all so tired, cramping, depleted it was horrible. When got off stage all of us were like WTF was that???? There were guys who have done 15 20 shows and have never been on stage that long for pre-judging. Was a great learning exp.....
