I did two rotations of using only light weights then took 4 days off. Then I trained one day, then day off, then the next day, then forced to take 4 days off. I'm hoping to go Mon before my surgery since I'll then have to take 10 days off! This has been a bad month, but at least I'll be recovered!

What's the surgery on man? Hopefully it's nothing major (although I guess all surgery is a major ordeal)...

It started off as just a vasectomy, but for some reason they want to do some biopsies while they're in there. I don't know if it's commonplace or if it was because of the urine test I had to provide. They just sent me the surgical paperwork a few days after and said they'd be doing that and sending it off for analysis.
