Is it something you adjust 2 or is it not for me? My resting hr was 140bpm & between being nauseous & feeling like death I couldn't do anything... I know the answer's drop it more than likely, but I figured maybe there's a way around it? ECA doent do this 2 me... Then again clen's much stronger.
 
Start out slow! Up the dose as you get use to sides. For me the sides slowly dissipate. Usually first dose in the morning is the only one I can notice, but this is after weeks on and off.
 
it usually subsides for most people, I myself hate clenbuterol! I can't take the jitters, and i am constantly Yawning from it, and even though i know it subsides in a day or two i just can't get past that first day, i have tried a couple different times and its not for me! I love me an ECA stack though!
 
My clen must be weak (helios), I tried it the last couple days both subq and orally... no shakes but my workouts are more intense... after my workout yesterday I had a little bit of shake and euphoria... so it could just be placebo or not... today will tell the truth did 60mcg and then another 40 in about 5 or 6 hours..I guess we'll see...

NO. Usually 3-4 times a day. I try not to do more than 40mcg at a time.

Ok.... I've been taking about 40mcg's in the morning and by 1pm I'm crashing. I'll try and take another dose about 12 and see how that goes.

Clen really isn't good for you. Heart cell death has been proven even in small dosages. I'd stick to ecay if you aren't competing.

Ive never seen anything written up on that, do you have anything to post i can read, not calling bs on ya, i simply wanna read the report/study myself.
 
Looks to be working for me, my roomates have said today I look leaner ::awe shucks:: but yea scale says I've lost around 3 pounds since Thursday.
