Hey folks! I'm going to be starting a cutting cycle soon that involves both ECA & Clen. At first, I was thinking of running 12 weeks of a 2 week on/off clen, and taking ECA during the 2 weeks off clen. That would be a total of 6 weeks on each.
I know diet is the biggest piece of the pie but I wanted to run another option by you guys and get your opinion on which would give me more "bang for my buck". I was wondering if running ECA for 10 weeks straight, followed for 8 weeks of Clen with a 2 weekon/off would be better?? I realize that's 12 weeks vs. 18 weeks. Also, would running ECA and Clen for 18 weeks be that harsh on my heart and body?
