All in all im not too pleased with the way i look, not dissapointed, just not thrilled. Shoulders look good, chest is looking better, biceps look small, lats arent popping like i would like, maybe when i loose a lil more lower back fat they will. Been doing 30 min on the stair master 4 times a week, havent really changed my diet yet, gonna so that at 12 weeks out, also gonna throw in some clen then as well. Might look at hitting legs twice a week to improve my hammys, ionno, maybe im just overthinking.
