Ok some stats I'm 6'5" and weighed in today at 247.6 pounds. I've been out of the weight room for a little over 16 years. About a month ago i decided to get back into shape since I've been feeling lethargic and probably have low t since I'm getting on up in age. So I've been spending 6 days a week at the gym for the last 5 weeks or so and managed to trim off a good bit of fat but I still have some hanging around. So here is my starting point for this cycle and I will take more pics in about 12 weeks and we will see if I worked hard enough or not. Warning I'm pretty small and weak at this point but have been making rapid gains just from my diet in lean mass while trimming fat. Now let me see if I can get these damn pics to upload.
