I just got 20mg of IGF-1 LR3 from a distributor. The msds data sheet calls for dilution with 10mM HCL or 100mM acetic acid solution. It says dilutions of 1mg/ml made like this will last over 2 years if kept 2-8 degrees C. I have access to bact water and both CHL and acetic acid.
My question is: Should I go with the 10mM HCL solution or the 100mM acetic acid solution?
I was thinking the HCL because I know bacteria can live in acetic acid. Does anyone have any thoughts? Will the HCL solution be more painful than the acetic acid solution method?
