I just got cleared from the whole bicep thing. It took a month for the surgeon to get the MRI done and look at them and by that time either it healed or it was never hurt. So after about a month of no training and dropping the test to 200mg a week. My last IGF cycle with DC training got me from 218 to 234 with the same or less bodyfat. Then I got hurt. Weight only dropped to 232. So I started today. 1 gram of test and 50 mcg of IGF for 3-4 weeks, then I'll stop the IGF and do M1T for 3 weeks. My ultimate goal is to get to a lean 245lbs at 5'9. I originally thought this would never happen, but MC IGF has me excited. Trained today and had no strength loss at all, in fact I felt a little stronger. We will see since these are new exercises.
