Are you sure you want to use ACTH and AICAR? ACTH is Adrenocorticotropic hormone which increases androgens, but it also causes the secretion of cortisol--that's something you really don't want. AICAR has been used in studies where they gave it to mice, and it converted fast-twitch muscles into slow-twitch muscles. I suppose maybe that could be a good thing for an endurance runner, since that's the main kind of muscle fiber used for endurance running.
