Hey boys,
I've been cutting down for last 4-5 weeks or so. 2 weeks ago I started T3 & Clen.
For a week now I'm having full body aches and joint aches. All my muscles feel super sore like I've worked out but I haven't. Feels like I got lactic acid flowing in my veins instead of blood.
All my old joint injuries feel worse.
I've increased my water intake and have been taking 5+grams of omega 3 oil for a couple days now. Still the same.
Not sure how to manage this. Haven't trained much in last week other than morning cardio as I've been worried about causing injury. Should i keep training? The stuff seems to work as I've lost over 10lbs while on it. But these sides I've never felt before even on t3 and Clen.
Please let me know how to manage this, any help would be greatly appreciated!
