Ive read everything I can find about IGF-1.. What it does, where it comes from etc. etc..
And I just read that you pin it subq... But some guys are talking about to pin it in the muscle you are suppose to train that same day?
Thats just to much work for me, cant I just pin it in the bellyfat every time?
Q 2.... What is the difference between all IGFs? How many are they? IGF-1, IGF DES, IGF LR3.... Wich one should I aim for?
