Hello,
I am 25 years old, been lifting on and off for about 5 years, most of it when I was in the military. I recently took a break from lifting do to work and school and having my gyno surgery last month that I had since I was a teen.
I ended up gaining more fat and losing more muscle then a wanted. I lost about an inch on arms and gained 2 inches on waist  . This is my second day taking IGF , I have been taking 25 mcg sub q in my lower stomach pouch. I am 5'8 and weigh 165 lbs, my bench and deadlift has gone down but my squat is still strong . I'm hoping muscle memory will kick in and I gain my muscle I had back fast. I have been dieting for the last month and have seen good fat loss
results and some muscle gain. I was wondering if MC IGF will speed this up more , like my recovery and fat loss and muscle gain? Also, when do you really start to feel that your on IGF if you're
only doing it sub q in the stomach?
