first off this is what I think, I have nothing put experience to go on, so just sharing my thoughts. Agree or disagree is ok.
I fear needles still, and have only used my shoulders(side and rear delts) and ass for steroids ever. So when it comes to using IGF, I feel that I can get benefits of it to my whole upper body by applying it to my shoulders, as that is where all the muscle groups meet. Now I do also think you can get better results in a muscle group by applying to the direct muscle group, but for someone like me who is a bitch when it comes to site applications, I will stick with the shoulders. Some beginners may want to try this and see how they feel. With this being said I have applied IGF to my Chest, legs, and claves in my bodybuilding days and my calves were at their biggest when did so. So basically all I'm saying is the shoulder area may be the best for the upper body if you don't want to be applying to every muscle group.
