after reading the other post, maybe there is something to it. you say you tried it. so did you by chance feel any more alert, and did it help you sleep better. in general, i'd think if you slept better and were more alert when awake, performance would improve as an outcome. not that a brainiac like you needs any of that, lmao.
i know i sure could use better sleep. i'm not a complete insomniac, but i do not sleep well either. it definitely takes its toll on me.
