Questions regarding first cycle

Waddduhp MC, for the first time i will be doing a test e + osta mk 2866 or ligandrol 4033 + GW cycle. During cycle i will use HCG, and AI (based on bloods), and a full PCT (clomid & nolvadex). I have read immensely regarding the side effects, risks, so i will begin with my current stats.

Stats
Age: 26
Weight: 144pds
Height: 5'6
BF: 17% (been on a diet these past 3 weeks, eating clean, shooting for 12-14% before i begin my cycle)
Bench: 185x12
Squat: 255x5
Deadlift: 255x3

Background
Been training for 8 years+, on a constant basis for 2 years now. but was never on a diet. Ate whatever the fuck i wanted. Always been active, and skinny, cross country, wrestled 2 years, swimming for 2 years, lifting weights since i was 16, and only became serious at the age of 23. I would consider myself ectomorphic since i always had a problem gaining weight, i have a high metabolism. I feel as though my upper body is quite sufficient at the moment with the exception of my abs and legs, my legs are skinny mf. So for this cycle my goal is to focus on gaining mass in my legs while not gaining much BF% and increase my strength. (Ive always had a problem gaining mass in my legs, main reason why im doing this cycle)

Diet
I have not counted the calories/protien but it consists of: (this diet is current, to lower body fat, when i begin cycle, i will have figured out a new diet for the goals in which i desire to achieve from this cycle)
Breakfast
1 1/2 milk
1 banana
10 pieces of almonds
1 spoon of quaker oats
2 piece of whole wheat bread with peanut butter

I hit the gym here.. (Push / Pull)

Lunch
200grams of chicken
1 cup brocoli and coliflower
1 cup of white rice
1 cup of brown beans
2 pieces of bread
1 1/2 of a avocado
Dinner
6 egg whites
1 spoon of olive oil
2 tortillas (corn)
90 grams of cheese (low fat, white)
2 slices of ham
1/2 of an avocado

I supplement with B-Complex and Omega 3

After lunch i drink BCAA's and also eat a protien bar with 8g of protien. 3 weeks so far.
This is a diet to lower body fat, this is not the diet i will be using on cycle.


Cycle
Week 1-12: Test E 250mg 2x a week (Mon AM/Thur PM)
Week 1-12: Amiridex 0.5mg EOD or E3D (Should i only take if i experience sides, and my bloods will determine if im prone?? Should i lower the dose, help?)
Week 1-18: GW 20mg ED
Week 1-12: Osta 17.5mg ED or Ligandrol 4033 5mg ED
Week 4-12: HCG 250iu 2x week
Week 15-18: Clomid 100/50/50/50
Week 15-18: Nolvadex 40/40/20/20 (would this be a better option to use on cycle if estro sides?)
Week 1-18: 1mg Finasteride ED (may increase dose to 2mg if i begin to shed)


Its been 3 months since i done any SARMS (ive been using sarms for years, and done a couple cycles of IGF-LR3; MC shop) SO the real questions....
I will be getting bloods (complete blood) done in 2-3 weeks and will post here. Now, i have male pattern baldness, however, been using finasteride and its all coming back (been taking fin for 2 years now). This blood test will determine if im prone to other sides test e can bring. What is the range that (depending on my estrogen) might give me estro sides, if im prone, how much AI should i be using, or should i wait til i experience sides, dose low til sides go away. Based on stats and bloods being drawn soon, what might effect my current cycle? Is the PCT to much for a test e + sarm cycle? should i lower the dose? Based on stats should i remove, add anything? Should i run it for 15 weeks?? What should i watch out for to avoid water retention?

Im planning a month in advance so im open ears. and will be logging the progress as things develop.

Also you are running way too much anti E . No need to run Clomid and Nolva together. Nolva is proven to restart the HPTA more directly so use it for PCT at 20mg a day, anything more is a waste, you are just peeing it out. Also imho running SARMS and test together is overkill since you have only so many receptors. Best to save for later. It is a different story with igf1 lr3 since it increases receptor sites. Just my humble input.
 
The cycle looks good. I’d run the HCG up to the 15 week mark tho. And like dean asked what’s your training look like?
