I never got response so I thought bugs were in tapatalk.
I edited everything and typed out post.
So I guess I gotta clear cookies??
I asked for help and haven't known issue.

Is it possible the words are off of photo from contest. I always edit them with a sticker or draw over? Would that still pick up??
I have no affiliation with anything but being on more than one board. I have to motive but to win a contest and to help info from what I learned help others.
I am no rep, no nothing just a guy..

Wonder why some post go thru but not others and I havent put anything at all.

I never said bugs were from MC, I have problems with tapatalk all the time and when update comes it's clear.

If u can help me to clear these cookies so I KNOW where I appreciate it.
I have only had this issue here with losing post and copy and paste. I always edit

Tan compliments of MT2. I tanned every 10 days for 7 minutes in bed or got rays cutting grass and went swimming 2x.

I used stack listed about with HIIT
Training 2 days on 1 off constant.
I took little to 0 rest periods,
Only shifting load to smaller muscle then back to larger.
U did the work and the cut went with no issues at all.
I followed my process and looked for no softer way!!

This is my big cycle leading up to cut.

Dropping t3 soon to 20mcg with 100mcg t4
Then keeping t4 for a bit dropping to none
Dropping short ester gear 6 days before my bloods and hgh to 3iu
Doing blood in mid to late July
Provion dropping 3 days before bloods.
Did this before free test is ECLIA so no deca or tren can be in system!!!
It affects free test greaty!!

I am 5'8"
190lbs
Was 188lbs in low bf of cut a couoke weeks ago
I got bad gut issues in my cut lost 8lbs on 4 days then restarted tren but couldn't gain weight muscle I lost.

My goal is to gain LBM and get to 200-205 when cut to 5%.

My last cut in December I hit 5.8% BF at 194lbs

In mid 30s I have done a cut at 7% 216lbs

So my strategy changed to slow lean gains without bulk and bp issues.
I do high intensity training only switching load on smaller muscle to rest larger and back on it.
3-4 superset movements per circuit
Make enough circuits to last 50-75 minutes.
My cardio is unreal and sick!!!
My health is great, and not gonna jeopardise it for gaining by selling my soul!!!
Bloods will be good I know body I do bloods 3x year!!

Photos are now 2 weeks after stopping tren and cut crew.
Using gear above.
Trest ace was added very low to keep energy and free test up.
