I placed an order with Pharmacom and was having a little issue getting a tracking number, and it was taking a while for the gear to ship. IronJulius contacted them, being a rep, and got me an update and sent me some of his own personal stuff to hold me over until mine arrived. Now that I've had a chance to use it, it's great gear! I'm feeling pretty good for this show that I have coming up, and I owe alot of it to IronJulius and Pharmacom. Great customer service, and great gear!!

I also just placed another order yesterday, because they will now be my goto place for any of my gear needs. Next show is 17 days away, but then the following one will be Sept 22nd in Tampa, then 29 in Daytona Beach.
 
Had the same issue with tracking numbers. Been over a month scenes I ordered but finally have a working tracking number. Was hoping to have products by this week but does not look like that is going to happen.
