What's up everyone! I'm here to provide anyone that wants to know an insight on my cycle of Aqua/Cyto Burn. I'll try to bump this as much as possible with any info on how its going/not going. I've ran clen/t3 twice before, but its been a few years. Its to hard to find that sh**t now a days :crap:
Day 1. Went with 25mcgs (aqua) and 30mcgs (cyto) ***15mcg in the AM on an empty stomach - 15mcg about 2 hours after lunch, dropped under the tongue.
Wake up time is 0400, supps taken by 0415 and to the gym for morning cardio by 0500. I ran for 45 min and sat in the sauna for an additional 15. Showered and went to work. Didn't have any side effects that I noticed, I remember how clen/t3 made me feel jittery/shaky and sometimes hot. I did feel tired as shit and yawned like crazy which was weird. I remember yawning like crazy on the clen but never really tired.
Got home after work changed took my pre-workout (Beta-Cret) and headed to the gym wife the wife around 1730ish. During the workout I felt shitty which was probably the pre-workout but pushed through it. I did notice that I had a hell of lot more stamina/push and intensity then usual .
We got home ate dinner and started getting ready for bed. I was out like a light by 1030 but I did take some melatonin before bed.
Day 2. Today I decided to dose with 60mcgs (aqua) and 50mcg (cyto) all in the same order as Day 1. So far I haven't has any sides that have been noticeable at least that I think. Maybe a slight headache or a little more sore from yesterdays workout. Today is the off day from the weights so we'll see how I feel later tonight. Will report about it later. Feedback by anyone with prior usage or knowledge is greatly appreciated.
Oh yeah. My stats are are as follows: 32, 5'7" 223-225lbs, about 15-180ish % BF (maybe a lil more) last time I check was last summer.
