Okay have Cyto-burn need advice
Wife wants to take she prolly had low thyroid she doesn't wanna play with Dr right now.
Week 1- 12.5mcg a day
Week 2- 25mcg a day
Week 3- same
Week 4- 12.5 mcg a day

I will used prolly same protocol.
I am on some gear so catabolism isn't a worry but will this mess up my blast or just speed things up with metabolic rate?

And wife will take 12.5 mg ostarine only from MC store of course.
And Cyto-burn only from The Supplement Outlet of course!

Will also start review update threads on each product for effectiveness and to have our journal logged for future reference. Thanks!!

I think your right on track. That is where I would want to start with my wife. I can't wait to hear the results
 
She took 12.5 today didn't notice anything different will work up slowly.
I will add some in myself very shortly.
As soon as it's been long enough and high enough to notice I will do a thread on effectiveness.

Want to mention she is also on adipex from her dr right now too so she is being extra cautious of that.
She had symptoms of hypothyroid even gets cold on the deit pill from Dr.
She hasn't checked level in years and this is new dr who wants to try adipex but we helping it. Lol!
But very careful!
I have adhd and probably had hyperthyroid for most of my life.
I am on adderall twice a day for long time. I normally don't gain much fat but I admit I been grubbing was at 3 Debbie cakes at night cereal and milk and m&m's all night. Also not been active as much.
So careful is the key! Stimulates can overheat u especially with cyto!

I myself haven't tried it yet but will probably over weekend and keep going.
Wife feels good has alot more energy but we do suspect she has low thyroid!
She started slow I will too.
Tomorrow she will up to 25 mcg and go up a little more prolly 50 at most then back down.
Or she may stay at dose that she feels good and normal for a much longer period of time.

I have read different approaches my idea for self is to start at 12.5 go up to 25 and stay for a while.
I have read that it will only mildly suppress and add more to total.
If this is correct I don't know but will try.
I also believe that if thyroid has nothing wrong with it, then it will not have problems like testes for example.
Will keep updated.
