Had question asked so wanna help many at same time.
Pct
Hcg use on cycle to prevent hpta suppression to the point of testes total shutdown. So isn't for pct at all but can be used to verify hpta function. Or possibly stimulate a un functioning one with HMG!
So no more hcg or hmg in this thread!
Nolva use in pct 40 mg first 2 weeks then
20 mg second 2 weeks
Clomid use 100 mg first week
100 mg 2nd week or 50 mg
3rd and 4th week 50 mg a day clomid
If using liquid to measure get oral syringe preferably 1 ml.
Let's talk about measurements
1 ml = 1 cc
An ml or cc is a VOLUME of fluid. A measurement by VOLUME.
Now we have mg.
1000 mg = 1 gram
This is a measurement by weight of a pure raw substance.
So when u take 200 mg ibuprofen in a pill that pill is 200 mg ibuprofen.
So 200 mg per pill tablet
If u had liquid ibuprofen and it where
100 mg per ml. That means ever ml has 100 mg ibuprofen. Mg is what we want so we figure it out by measuring amount of liquid. If we wanna take same as a pill that was 200 mg per tablet then in this preparation 100 mg per ml. We need
2 ml to equal 200 mg of ibuprofen.
So in this case got it!!!
Next we have clomid or Nolva in liquid
I haven't used clomid is 4 years cause of trt but think it comes in 50 mg per ml
So 1 ml = 50 mg and 2 ml = 100 mg
Nolva in liquid usually 40 mg per ml
So 1 ml = 40 mg
1/2 ml = 20 mg
When to take after cycle.
My simple advice is this on short esters do last pin do nothing next day then start pct next! Prop, acetate
Orals start pct next after last dose. That next day.
Phenylprop start pct 5 days after last pin
Enathate or cypionate start pct 10 days after last pin.
If u think that's too soon I don't if u do start it at 10 and pct 5 weeks instead. I go for trt bloods after blast and enathate and cypionate clears from my extra gear everytime within 10 days to two weeks. So that's my logic on 10 days better safe than sorry it's your choice and I am giving my safe advice that I don't or haven't always followed myself. Lol!!
On decanate esters I recommend 15-18 days start pct like testosterone decanate ester.
On the longer ester I am not sure there are good charts available.
Always stop eq or deca 1-2 weeks before testosterone e or c.
If sustanon is your testosterone being used in would treat ester like e or c to start pct.
