I'm gonna put it like this,,,pay attention to your surroundings, use the search feature,,,I was very new at this almost 2 years ago.....you will figure it out on your own...as far as needles there is this thing called Google it honestly would be your best bet,,,as long as it's sterile and pokes a hole it's good to go..
