Hello guys,
I'm actually asking you have any one tried Hookah ? Because when I tried Hookah once I felt good but when the other day I went to lift weights I felt my stamina a little low in the gym so I was asking does smoking hookah once in a month is safe or will it loose my gains or stamina because both my stamina and gains are hard earned not only my gains but of everyone's gains are hard gained so please tell me what would be good. I was asking this because I really want to smoke hookah but my gains and stamina are asking me not too so I'm little bit confused.

Actually, the hookah is not harmful for our health, if you smoke it not so often. But if you smoke it every day, it, of course, will give you such negative effect.
 
You guys are kidding, right? Smoking of any kind is detrimental no matter the frequency. The tobacco is no less toxic in a hookah pipe than in a cigarette, and the water in the hookah doesn't filter out the toxic ingredients in the smoke. And if it's affecting your gains, which it will, and if you're worried about it, then stop! But hey, it's your life and your gains.

Omg I don't know what are u saying ..may be it's true. I said it because of my own experience. I smoke 2-3 times per month hookah and also I combine it with the sport. And I have no problems with my health at all, training is as usuall. I think it's stereotypes. But it my opinion

Yes bro I will be careful​ thats why I will try it once in a month then I'll see if the problem still persist then I won't be using it .
