It depends on what I am looking like to be honest. If I am hard as hell and full, I keep my water VERY limited and don't eat alot. If I am a bit flat and not as vascular, I eat more carbs and take in more water until I start to fill out a bit and get veiny.
At that point, you need to be in a 'reactive' state. By this I mean, you will have to respond to your bodies condition instead of controlling it from the get go like you had been doing for the rest of you prep.
