Thanks dpsquat. Its the real deal made it myself from powder. I will have to wait to use it for my next contest prep in the spring. I was going to do a Nov show but i reinjured my hip 5 weeks out so i stopped all contest prep. I cant walk never mind trying to train or do cardio. Iam very disappointed as i was right on target.Taking some time off from the gym until the hip is better then i will start to bulk and plan to compete next spring.
Use only 1 week before the show? I thought it would be better like the last 4 weeks to give it time to really work?
