i have been reading some threads in this section....sure is alot of knowledge flying around in here.
in the first set of pics here i was 260lbs, i am 5'11" FAT
dieted for 20 weeks, maybe 24??? ended up 185 (loss of 75). wa only going to do one show, but am certain i can look better, going to let my skin tighten up!!
next show i want to be 195, so i was thinking of not going over 225-230 in the offseason, i am not going to place, just want to improve my physique personally
this is what i ate from 8 weeks out..

greens+ with flax oil
meal 2
1/2 lb lean ground beef
1 yam
meal 3
8oz chicken breast
3 plain rice cakes
meal 4
16 eggwhites
3 rice cakes

7oz fish (sole)
1 cup oatmeal
meal 6
60gr protein shake with flax oil
day2
meal 1
16 egg whites
6 tblspn of cream of wheat
greens + flax oil
meal 2
60 grm protein shake
1/2 yam
meal 3
1/2 lb lean ground beef
1/2 yam
meal 4

3 rice cakes

i took aldactazide (50mg/50mg one) from the monday.
i cut my water on Thursday at midnight
Friday
1. 8 egg whites, 1/2 cup oatmeal
2. 6 rice cakes covered in peanut butter and jam
3. 8oz cheese cake
4. normal meal
5. 2 eatmore bars
6. 2 large baby food fruit jars
7. normal meal
8. 8oz cheese cake
250ml of water for the day
3am
2 eatmore bars
Saturday
1. 4 whole eggs 1/2 plate hash browns
2. 2 eatmore bars
large apple pie filling b4 step on scale
i realize this is alot to digest, but better than 5 posts probably...
i feel i looked better nite b4 as water was cut too soon......
